You’re able to get share and loan balances, last deposit information, the ability to transfer funds between accounts, obtain an account history, make a withdrawal, and more AT NO CHARGE TO YOU!

Audio Response requires a Personal Identification Number (PIN) so that only you can access your account. As an added security feature, you will be able to change your password anytime using the Audio Response system.

THINGS TO KNOW WHEN USING AUDIO RESPONSE:

You will need to know your entire member number.
Your PIN
The last four numbers of your Social Security Number
If applicable, you will need the loan number of the loan you need information on.
You will need to know the different share types you have and the corresponding number of that share account.

Dial (800) 434-9018. Listen to the options. The system will walk you through all functions available.

Select option 1 for Quick Check which plays primary savings and checking balances and provides the following options:
1) Most Recent Transactions
2) Transfer funds between accounts
Select option 2 for Account Inquiries which gives you access to account balances, account history and year-end tax and IRA information.
Select option 3 for Financial Transactions which gives you the ability to transfer funds, make loan payments, perform cross account transfers and withdrawal by check.
Select option 4 for to change your PIN
