Many of the identified projects could be completed in a block of 4 to 6 hours. </span></span></p><br /><p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The fall and winter months in the northeast offer a unique opportunity to showcase the beauty of the seasons in the region.&nbsp; The Northwestern PA area draws many visitors that are seeking the natural beauty of Presque Isle, the lakeshore vineyards and the rolling countryside.
