My server posts the time automatically every time I make a post. I live at Mountain time,(my time never changes) MT, but my website server, when I post,  lives at Eastern Standard/or Daylight Time which is 2/3 hours difference- so for every time I make a post just subtract 2/3 hours for whatever time it says at the BOTTOM of every post.
